5* Iceman 2/35 unduped
5* X23 2/35 unduped
4* Wolverine 4/40 sig. 48/99

An endgame player has suggested X23 is the best choice to R3 then R4. Just wanted other opinions as to who/why.

    Iceman before x23. Having completed all of act 5, there are nodes that having a 5 star iceman would have been great for! Not knocking c23, she is great! But icemans perks are better than x23

    Iceman- cold snap removes all evade (nightcrawler/spidey’s). Immune to pretty much all pita debuffs... caltrops node, no problem with iceman. Poison/bleed champs? Easy! Ever fought hyperion with iceman?! Try it... let him get his sp3 on you ( with ice armor up ) and watch him only do 5% damage.

    X23 crazy bleed and decent regen... but thats really it. If you take her against a bleed immune champ she average at best, even with crits

    Thanks very good points on Iceman. I have deep wounds lvl 3 but also have 4* Blade and GP. Plus a duped 4* Hyperion with iceman synergy.

    Yup! Iceman has too many benefits to leave at rank 2 over X23... and especially as a 5 star. You wont regret it when you start Act 5
