I found a user using Killmonger already, in arena.

Please tell me whether it is test account or real user.
Is there any loyalty programs that allow us to get new characters?

    He is winnable in the ultimate crystals, which can be won from the daily quests.

    You can receive a crystal from The Trials of the King quests that give you a chance at Killmonger.
