1st run is easy. every other run you need to stop his regen. I beat him with SL and ignored the regen but have been told if you stop it it stays stopped. Can't confirm from experience. Maybe CW?

To be fair, skills can't get you past Maestro if you don't have a champ that can overcome his regen.

Haven't fought him since act 4 was nerfed so maybe he is easier? Don't know.
