Censored chat

Can someone explain to me why simple words like "will" are randomly censored in chat? God forbid you have to use the word "but" or phrase "as soon as". Why? What is the purpose?

    It's because they screwed around with the filter and tightened it up to much and then messed it up and they never bothered adjust it afterwards, even though they said they were going to.
