How can I get my official legends time?

I tried reaching out to support and got this

Thanks for getting back to us.

Please be guided that we do not have a direct line to our Game Team. However, you can have your suggestions, ideas, and voice be heard via our Forum Page and Feedback Form Zuko2199. We do have an internal line to communicate customer feedback and I will run this up the chain as well, but the very best thing you could do to have your idea reviewed by the Game Team for consideration for future updates is to post your idea on the Suggestions and Features forums.

These are read regularly, as aside from setting up camp in general chat (which would not be a very efficient strategy), the Forum is the best way for us to keep our finger on the pulse of the community so-to-speak. I am sure many would agree with your idea, so their posts would only add to the credibility and visibility of your suggestion.

I kinda read that as that support and/or Kabam are not set up to give out that information. (Yes they could find it for you, but that would likely set a precedent that would lead to them getting that request from tons and tons of people)
I think the only advice they had was for you to post the idea of having a setup where players can check their Legends times in the Suggestions section.

Understood. But at no point do they say that the game team will furnish that information. In fact they pretty much tell you to suggest this option for a future update:

The rest of my response was giving a likely explanation for why the game team will likely not give you your Legends Time. It would involve research on their part, and would likely lead to them be inundated with tons of requests and tons of research. Everyone would want to know their official time.

Understood but shouldn't we get an automatic in game mail with our time? Theres my suggestion.
