Thinking of opening up this mastery to work with Yondu. Just want to know:
1) Can I cause weakness while attacking a blocking opponent, or does it have to be an actual hit?
2) Does it stack?

    I unlocked it a while back to try. I don't remember it stacking and hitting a block will not activate it. I could be wrong about the stacking..but don't think it does. Interesting idea to try with Yondu...not sure what would happen with block penetration. It seems to take about 5 hits on average to apply. I was thinking about using it with Electra but changed my mind.

    Resonate procs quite often with 1 pt. Seen it both while attacking and blocking. Don't think it applys through blocking target though.

    The debuff icon is separate from yondu's sig version. Resonate is physical damage reduction only, while yondus version seems to work on both energy and phy.

    If you don't have deep wound yet... should grab that before resonate

    Resonate does stack. I have it and inequity maxed.

    It's a fine combo.

    Thanks guys. I'm curious to see if Resonate will proc at all with Yondu's light attacks through a block. I would think it should be able to, but we'll see.

    And to the person who asked about DW: yes, I have it at 4/5, working on getting it maxed.
