Champions not moving after parry

Hi.
Im having serious problems with fighting as do many of my members in my alliance.
When i parry, and swipe right for first hit, nothing happens. My champ just sits there.
This is happening to all my champs and it doesn't matter who i am fighting in aq aw anx arena and quests.
