AQ and the game crashing/ losing half your hp 3 days in a row. Frozen loading screens.

Its been 3 days in a row of my game crashing while in AQ only and i have lost half my life each time, once completely Ko'd for no reason. It was on Android , multiple phones Galaxy S6 and Motorola droid turbo 2. Anybody else wanna join the discussion so we can help get this fixed? Unacceptable sorry, i cant abide the game continuing to do this..
