14.5 Mil alliance looking for new recruits! Map 6 and pushing AW hard!

We are looking for some new blood to round out our alliance. We are a strong core who has been together for 3+ years. Here is a rundown of who we are and what we are looking for:
Us:
Mostly US based
AQ: mix of map 5 and 6, usually a weekly 56555, guarantees a T4CC on the map 6 week, we placed 168 this week
AW: prior to the new seasons, we were Tier 1 and 2, looking forward to doing some damage!
event requirements: 16k for quest completion, 3k points min in arena and perfection events
Dues: 165k gold 13k loyalty 30k battlechips
You:
ideally 3 5* 4/55 , need a high prestige 5k ballpark
a good mix of strong chars for diversity in AW
US preferred not required
boss killers to the front of the line
