Who should I Rank Up?

I'm kinda stumped on who to rank up and with t2as almost in over full I can't seem to make up my mind. So if you guys can help me it would be awesome thanks for your responses. = )

Hood is basically a poor-man's Scarlet Witch, except instead of nullify he has stagger. His Hex (SP2) with a good Mystic Dispersion level will let you chain invisibility which helps a ton against projectile specials...

You can't go wrong with Magik either.
