Daily log in, should I bother?

Quick run down is this. I log in every day religiously, but I am now showing one day missed. I've missed 0 days, but should I bother messaging Kabam about it? Has anyone received any response other than varieties of its your own fault, bad phone, connection, etc..? Just wondering because that T4B was really needed.

Couldn't hurt to message them. You really have nothing to lose. If they can't/won't fix or see it, you're right where you are now. If they can, you may get that day back and the T4B in the end.
