Unable to comment on global

in Bugs and Known Issues
As of June 7th I have not been able to comment on global. I'm also having trouble adding people as friends. So I haven't been able to recruit because of it. I've been playing this game for almost 2 years and I do not want this to be the reason why I stop playing so please fix this problem. Thanks!
