Glory Store and Uncollected Status question, help, and advice

When you reach Uncollected Status, does the Glory Store change as well? Would it be better to keep my Glory until I reach Uncollected Status then spend it? Thanks!

I am uncollected. And I know people who are not uncollected. we see the same thing in the glory store
