Who is better unduped??

I have a hulk n cap(ww2) both unduped at 3/30, I can take one of them to 5/50.. Who is the better choice as of now..

Hulk is better duped! I would take cap ww2 to rank 5. I wouldn’t rank up hulk til he’s duped

Both are awesome... At some points Hulk is a best option... At some CA Ww2 is best when you need perfect block or Bleed
