War rating reduction for cheating!!! None is getting banned to bring justice

We caught the person cheating in our alliance and kicked him immediately. After 3 days we got this message above in the pic from kabam.

We don’t ask for our alliance rating to be restored NO we ask to bring justice to your actions and our alliance with banning the person who did this to our alliance and to the community.

We did send tickets to support with details and facts about the person we did catch cheating in our alliance AND yet he’s able to login into his account with another alliance too like nothing happened??

CAN WE GET JUSTICE ?

    Hey @Arttton ! We aren’t able to assist with account specific issues here in the forums nor is it the place to discuss any possible bans, but it sounds like you've already done the right thing by contacting our Support Team!

    An investigation will be undertaken by them to determine what went on and any appropriate actions that need to be taken against the player's account(s)/alliance. Due to our privacy policy however, we will be unable to provide details to you regarding the result of the investigation.
