SA rewards

NO I Have not left my alliance and my whole alliance has not received thier SA rewards. Please respond i f I need the whole alliance to submit ticket. Kabam Lyra said to contact support.

Our alliance hasn't received our last two SA rewards what's going on. I thought that bug was fixed????
