yeah.. i am not so kind in that way. members do put lots of effort for thier alliance. and after that the leader or officer make kick you out just because to take in higher rating in alliance.

What exactly would you change it to that won't sound disrespectful? The booted, unwanted, replaceable, could not hack it, undesirable? Bottom line is that no matter what you call it, it will still have the same meaning. You were kicked. And its not so much what its called that people feel disrespected about but what it was that happened .
