I think there is an issue with nebulas first special not power draining, it has happed quite a few times in the arenas

You guys are stacking the electroshocks & parrying to transfer as shocks to the opponent before SP1 right?

In order for power drain to work opponents need to have at least one shock already active. I thought the same thing (that it was a bug) until I paid closer attention to her abilities
