    Because you only get +1 on his sig ability in the basic arena (I'm assuming to discourage veterans from inflating the scores by going for every champion). You only get a full dupe in the featured arena.

    @Bulldog1981 in the arena you only get the hero or awaken him 1 sig, it's not a full duplicate. Only grind for those you want or really need to awaken otherwise it's not worth it

    Yeah I understand he's been around for a while. Just shocked me a little. I didn't get him, not the end of the world. Just never would have guessed more than 2.3 before arena.

    Maybe carnage being terrible affected it. Haha

    Yet I scored over 1.8 mil in the beginner bracket and didn't get him. I got freaking Vodoo, Ghost rider and Dr strange with 1.1 but not Venom with 1.8? I'm over this freaking game.

    @Jlf2n Yeah no way you scored 1.8 mil in beginner arena and you didn't get him, i scored 800k and got him

    since when were you able to get the basic champ from beginners bracket? could only go for featured when I was in beginners bracket?

    @Jlf2n May 9th, never said that there is no chance that you were in beginners bracket, i said that there is no way that you didn't get venom with those points as i scored lower than you and got him, same arena, same bracket.

    Venom is super old and not really special so he didn't warrant a high score. I did 3.2M out of boredom so I could awaken him.
