Can't seem to get to summoner level to 48

For the last week the blue xp bar has not increased even though I'm completing daily quests and have twice used xp boosts, is there a glitch on my user name sign in? Please advise .

    Once you get to the higher levels...that bar will look full for a while before the level up takes place. That bar can be very deceiving.

    If I were you, do circles in act 4 and buy and use a lot of energy refills and solely use your xp boosts when ur fighting in act 4. You will get to level 60 in no time
