Account was hacked

Tried to e-mail several times to either close my account and refund my latest payments or give me some compensation for my champs sold off by a hacker. Kabam checked the logs and saw that this was done by a third party who targeted selling all my highest 4 star players and even sent me login location and time stamp for champs but never got back to me. Contacted them again for three days straight and they are ignoring me. I will keep creating threads till they resolve this.

    So the terms of service (TOS) states that account sharing is banned, and they are not responsible for anything that happens if logins and accounts are shared. This unfortunately includes "hacking" as they can't prove or disprove you shared your info with someone who may have shared it with someone else who allegedly sold your champs. So you can post as many of these as you like, however you're not getting those champs back - not cause they can't, but because they won't. A mod will tell you the same thing shortly. Good luck with that though.
