Evade issues anyone? Game seem lagging?

Me and a couple in my alliance are having issues with evading today. Game seems tobe lagging as well. Thought maybe it's my device.. Anyone else experienced worse than normal issues?

I had some slow downs during the trial of the heart made one fight really annoying near the end of it.
