Did anyone have a same problem with me?

Sometimes the game becomes slower when your opponent health has dropped to 20% especially in AQ. This cause you unable to control your champs normally or can’t control at all. Did anyone here got this same problem?

Lagging once their (opponent) health at 20%.

I run into lagging on Master/Uncollected content or whenever I have been doing arena for more than an hour. I am usually able to get less lag if I restart my device and clear my RAM before starting the game. (something I have gotten into the habit of doing if I am attempting anything difficult)
