Need Advice: 5* Red Hulk

I have almost no experience using Red Hulk, before or after the recent changes. My question is, is he worth a 5* Science Awakening Gem? If so, what strategies do you recommend when using him?

To get his max damage,keep spamming l1 till you get 10 those fire charges. If you want to regen a bit,use l2 to regen a bit for 2 heat charges. He is also an mystic killer,so if you dont have blade or ghulk you can use rulk as well. Not sure about sig tho.

My mistake.He is an mephisto counter,not an mystic one.
