    Are they cursed at the time? They need to be under a curse (sp3) for this move.

    They need to be cursed if you have a synergie with Hela, but for normal energy damage 7% of opponents max health, you need just to have more health points than opponent

    Works with me. Don't look at the percentage value. Your HP has to be higher than those of your opponent, not the percentage value.
