Missing 2x Mastery Points (57 vs 59) after Recover [Not A Bug]

Hi, I'm a LVL 60 in game and I used to have the maximum 59 mastery points. I recovered my masteries a month or two ago and something wasn't right and I just noticed after asking an alliance member that I am missing 2x mastery points. I only have 57 vs 59. I can post screens to show the delta. Is this a bug? How can I get help to have this fixed?

    No. I have not. I am checking my screens and I can only find 57 points back to January. So I might be wrong. So I need to explore Act 4 full to get 59?

    Hey there OP. The other player commenting is correct; you need to collect the exploration rewards from Act 4 to get the remaining Mastery Points. All four Chapters in Act 4 have a Mastery Point as one of their 100% Exploration rewards. I hope this helps!
