Summoner Appreciation Week 2?

So, the initial Summoner appreciation post (https://playcontestofchampions.com/summoner-appreciation-event-week-1/) suggested that this stuff was only a slight preview of what would be happening. Week 2 starts in 15 or so minutes and we've not yet had an announcement for what the details are. Anything coming?

The XP boost is useless for most of us, though. It's a trade off, man.

Well, it's an add-on to the XP Boost. Now it includes Gold. Many of us don't need it, but some do. There is a range of Players, so it's hard to offer things to all Players that appeal to all Levels.

They should throw some 5* sig stones or sig stone crystals in there to make it worthwhile, but Kabam isn't known for providing anything actually useful to the player base as a whole.

From some of your responses in other threads, I understand that you're pretty close to the top in this game. I'm in a top 600 alliance, and those generic signature stones will benefit most of the people in my alliance. I assume that they will benefit people below us too, which is still the majority of players.

The energy cost is a moot point to me since I'll run them anyway. I completed master over the weekend, and 5.2 isn't going anywhere.

So far it seems like summoner appreciation is geared towards newer players. Don't get me wrong sig stones are always great but so far I haven't felt very appreciated. A free Punisher arena that I'd have to work my butt off to get..no thanks. He should be the basic..imho.

Even as a higher level player, some Sig stones are useful for anyone that doesn't have 4 or 5 r4s. They're generic, throw em on your highest prestige 4*. I'm pretty happy with this one. Content, if nothing else. Week 4 might be more your speed then friend, sorry. I get it though, I really do. No one wants "appreciation" that barely affects them.

For the majority of players who still have use for 4* champs, agreed this quest is beneficial, however from my viewpoint along with the majority of people I know in-game, and I'm assuming everyone at a higher level than me, it's pretty useless. Granted, I understand that their "appreciation" can't always be geared toward just one group of players, but from what they've told us so far there has been pretty much nothing useful for anyone around or above my tier, which is quite frustrating. Hopefully this changes in the coming weeks but I'm not very optimistic at this point. From the horrendous state the game had been in for quite some time, paired with bug after bug, what they've provided so far is just a slap in the face to the entire player base.

Some more **** but this week's **** is a little less crappy than last week's ****, so maybe by week 4 we can actually feel some small amount of actual appreciation

All players use quest energy.
Not hard.

If Kabam did that, you'd have players here calling the guy who thought that up an idiot for basically giving players half of an energy refill per day and calling the benefit pathetic and ludicrous.

Its harder than it looks.

I agree 100% 5* stone wont do anything for new players, in a short term however the crystals wont expire and it will come a time when they will be able to use them, however end game player can be satisfied earning them; making it worthwhile. but that's only happening in a world of fantasy where Kabam cares! smh! #stoptrollingkabam
