Terrible Game Lag & Frame Rate Issues

iPhone 6S
10.2.1 iOS
T-Mobile network as well as WiFi
Horrible lag. Very segmented frame rate. Extremely choppy animation during arena fights. Game literally just freezes mid fight then picks up seconds later with me KO. Game is completely unplayable like this. It is NOT the cell network or WiFi as I can play other games, stream video, etc with no issues. Please investigate and fix this as it is completely unacceptable.
