Which unduped 4* should I level up ?

I have following 5 unduped 4* champions :
1. Spider Gwen
2. Deadpool ( X Force )
3. Iron patriot
4. Guillotine
5. Winter Soldier
Out of these 5 champions, which one should I level up ? Thanks in advance for help.

Guillotine.

Guilly for her bleed and inverted healing ability on SP2. the first 3 on the list are considered some of the worst champs in the game (maybe deadpool isn't), while WS's abilities (like power drain) are too random
