Active (with no pressure) alliance looking for 10 players autonomous

Long time MCOC players, now playing  « light » are looking for a similar squad of up to 10 players to join our alliance. The idea is that together rewards are better! Why 10 in a row? To do a group and because we want experienced players that does not need a advice for each move but that can handle a AQ or AW group alone (mixing group is also possible) after for the fun we all’share same LINE channel.
small group of MCOC that knows how to play together are welcomed .
