Looking for two skilled members. Alliance pushing for top 300

I am looking to replace two retiring members after AQ.
We are a 12 million alliance. We are an expert tier map 5 alliance and we average around 110m for AQ but we are pushing our prestige up to bump up this score. Our war rating is currently 2019 which is tier 4 but we are pushing to go back into tier 3 for platinum 3 rewards at the end of the current AW season. We complete 3 wars per week with 3 full BG's and run alongside AQ.
We have the usual standard minimums for all everts except for arena, though we do always hit the t1a milestone as a minimum. Donations are 133k gold, 30k BC and 12.5k loyalty.
We always hit SA and usually finish around 3-5%
What we are looking for
- Loyal and active players
- Communication via Line app
- 5300 prestige but can lower this for the right person
- Someone skilled that can hold their own in AQ and AW
