Slow mo bug [Need More Info]

Just been fighting Mordo in AQ with Drax. Whole thing randomly went slow, like not even half the normal speed. But the timer was ticking down normally. I took 1/4 of his health off, and he took just over a quarter of mine. After the fight once the screen went back to the map I barely had any life left on him. Getting really tired of these bugs, it's literally one thing after another. I have video and photo evidence

But this is how much health I lost after it timed out. At least half. Kabam expecting us to just buy more and more units and suck it up. EVERYTIME I GO INTO AQ THERE IS A **** UP, AND EVERY TIME IT GETS IGNORED!!!

Hey OP. Sorry that you're having issues with when fighting Mordo. Has this happened more than once? If so, does it happen with any Champions, or just specific ones?

Sony Z4
Slow MO everywhere. It's unbearable. Not even worth to explore the easiest path in auto fight mode. Not to mention arena or even worst AQ or AW. I cant use my tablet anymore to play.
General info:
Always on WiFi. Steady connection.
No other apps running in background.
Latest operating system. Android 7.
Not many apps installed.

Galaxy S5
Slow MO on AW and AQ.
For Aw I use Hyperion 5* r4, Starlord 5* r4 and OG Vision 4* r5. All of them have Slow Mo effect, but goes worst on Hyperion. I have tried leaving Hyperion on defense and bringing Capt WWII for sake of the same, but he also gets Slow Mo.
No other apps running in background
Usually on Wifi, but from time to time on mobile data.
Slow mo from time to time in arena and in questing while doing the heroic quest. I think it's goes nuts with all the buffs.

Iphone 7.
Slow MO on arena and questing. Sometimes it's like the app itself gets disconnected.

Ipad Air 2
Slow Mo in arena after being several hours on the game.
I guess it's too much grinding
