Availability of Tier 3 Class Calatysts

Dear Kabam,
Tier 3 Class Catalysts are really essential in ranking up 4-Star Heroes. But availability is less. We don't get the class we wanted from Class Catalyst Crystals, So I request you to increase the drop rate of Tier 3 Class catalysts in Daily Quests.I hope you'll consider my request. Everyone pls support me,

    The rates on these are abysmal. Absolute money grab to get you to buy refill after refill. On top of that you may not get what you want, so you have to wait weeks to rank up that champ. Which keeps you playing the game longer, which their goal. Soooo, its stupid and messed up, but i promise you it isnt gonna change and they dont care.

    I don't know what the results will be. But all we can do is to try :) . I don't think they'll do that
