Arena rewards

Why is it that I keep not getting arena rewards does anybody else have this problem

Did you qualify for ranked rewards by reaching the minimum points?

how many points did you score and which arena did you grind?

If you mean the Crystal Arena, the 3* Arena only gives Rewards for Ranks. Not all people who qualify.
