Kabam support is not working?????

I want to change mine email address so i sent a ticket to kabam but it doesn't change or either i get a reply.
Same happen one week ago in tftf game my problem solve only when one of thier moderator msg me(i send 3 tickets and waited for 10 days to solve my problem)
Is there are problem in Kabam support currently?
In any case i would like to complete my request as soon as possible.
I hope mine request complete soon and does not have to wait for days like tftf game.

    Hi Spidey076! Check to ensure that you provided all of the necessary information required when submitting your e-mail change. Please allow up to 72 business hours so that the team can look into your request.

    1) Last 2 Purchases (Amount of real-world currency spent, if applicable and approximate within 1 day) i.e Google or iTunes purchases
    2) Last Login Date (approximate within 60 Days)
    3) Your account's name as it is displayed in-game
    4) Email linked to your account (this can be your GameCenter ID, Google Play ID, or your Kabam ID)
    5) New email address you wish to use (make sure that it hasn’t been registered with Kabam)
    6) Account Creation Date (approximate within 60 Days)
    **If you are having trouble remembering when you created your account, check the dates of some of your earliest achievements in your Google Play or Game Center accounts.
    7) Device and Device OS you were/are playing on
    8) Account Level, a few of your most powerful characters, and Alliance name (if you are part of one)

    Yeah i put all these information.
    Also is the time increase for changing mail?
    Last time my brother change his email id it took only 4 to 5hours.
