Stunned Enemies Firing Special 3s

I am not sure whether anyone has noticed this, but over the past few days I have noticed a bug where enemy's that are stunned and have a full power bar are able to fire off a SP3. This is clearly a problem if you are using a chain stun technique or just trying to finish off a fight quickly. It has happened to me twice today, once using in alliance war with Stark Spiderman and his SP1 (there was no limber or stun immunity on that node) and another with Hulk in arena after launching a SP1.
