If that is all you got, I would rank up Crossbones. In the early game he is a very good attacker.

Stark Spidey first as a high ranked champ will help you more... but Crossbones should be ranked soon after as he is also VERY good (especially in fights that have crit restrictions).

Both great champs. But I would take spidey up because he'll stay useful longest of anyone really.
