Support Help Delay?

Anyone else experiencing a really long delay in support getting back them? Kabam is usually great at replying within 24 hours. I put in a security ticket almost a week ago, got a response Saturday and I replied and then haven’t heard anything since. Very unusual.

Hi Hershy! Please allow up to 72 business hours so that the team can look into your security ticket. You should receive an automatic reply stating that your ticket. Please check your Spam folder if you don't receive anything within 24 hours of submitting your original request.

Thanks for your response @Kabam Ahab. Unfortunately, it was a lot more than 72 hours since i put the ticket in. The first response was well over 72 hours and the the reply to my message Saturday morning which I was waiting for was past 72 hours. They have since responded with what appears to be an untruthful statement and sadly it will require further action.
