Who is much better and why?

I got a R4 four * cap. Marvel and a R3 five* venom.
But m a bit confused who to use in AQ and AW???
Who's the better option?
Need a little help!!! :(

    Cap marvel is poison immune, that's about the only thing she brings to AQ.

    Is it for attack or defence?

    For attack I'd go with cap. Marvel whereas for defence venom will be my choice
