Max Signature Stone 3* - Who to use it on?

I got a 3* Max Signature Stone but can't decide who to use it on, what do you think? Below are my top choices but feel free to suggest other heroes not in this list, or if there are other important thoughts I should consider.

    I'm assuming you mean awakening gem which you should use on SW without question she probably benefits more from awakening than any other champ in the game

    No, I've used my awakening gem on her already - and yes, agreed she's awesome when awakened! The Max Signature Stone (as I understand it) levels up a heroes signature ability to lvl99.
