Sentinal turns off crits?!

So i was fightig the sentinal in 2.1 of uncollected and i noticed that after i got him to analasis 100 that none of my attacks would crit.
I thought this may be a byproduct of the crit resistance reducing the damage but there were not yellow numbers.
Went in with angela and she was unable to proc a second buff meanig that it wasnt just visual. Is this on purpose or a bug?
