Mesmerise is just money grab

Are idiots in stupid modok's lab there is a node which can stun by just activating sps ,,,, what about it and I lost all my champs against it

Mesmerize node is bullcrap because it's more than 7%

Mesmerize's description should be changed to: chance to not activate 7%

on mesmerise i use Iceman or rogue no problem for me
