I stalled at around 70KPVP last year and decided to cut back on everything except cat arenas to retain my sanity. So my openings have been fewer since.

Never pulled him as 4* or 5*. I’ve done mass openings, openings right after maintenance, 3AM openings, spin openings where I tried different angles for the crystal to fly in, openings where I sacrificed a chicken to Joboo...

And I have mates who can’t keep from pulling him. There’s really no rhyme or reason.

Back when the OP posted this there was no uncollected arena crystal so 4* was very rare. As rare as the 5* is now.

Never pulled him from regular arena crystal but I’ve pulled him three times from Uncollected arena.

Still havent duped my 4*

3* is at max sig.

Pulled him again tonight... Already have him at sig 99, so besides the Skill ISO didn’t get anything extra. If you’re aiming for a 4* version, try your luck with the Uncollected Arena Crystals; there he’s just a common as the 3* version in the regular Arena Crystals.

Just no luck with the 5* yet.

I’ve probably opened atleast 12-13k crystals, only pulled 4* 2x. That’s about 6-7x lower than his ridiculously low drop rate. That is very highly improbable!!

I think the probability is 0.02% to get a 4* Punisher.
