How do I set up a KABAM account?

I've used several emails yet, none of them have set up a Kabam account for my main. Can you walk me through the process? (With Pics if possible)

If it doesn't work with your main account, it is most likely that you made one in the past and forgot the password.

But I haven't though. I just found out about Kabam accounts like a week ago.
