Does anyone know why a teammate of mine can't access his maim account due to getting a new phone? And any pointers on how he can re gain access to it? Kabam apparently does not want to help him with this issue

    Someone please help so he can rejoin the fight. Kabam isn't being any help as he has sent in multiple tickets and posted a few times in the forums and no response from anyone
