Hi everyone , i just wondering if could be possible talk about defence on champions, looks like there so many criteries to look for, what is first thing what y looking in to defence?

    we look into masteries defence ;
    1.salve
    2.Recovery
    3.Block proficiency
    4. Physical resistance

    basically these things just increase effect on you block,physical resistance and healing

    anything else will be appreciate to hear ;)
