Iceman in AW - losing ice armor

In AW iceman losing ice armor by just getting hit, one hit and he loses his armor also I used S1 on NC and even he was on cold snap he vanished in the air when I was trying to hit him.

Is this a normal behavior of iceman, I am new to using him so thought I should ask around.

That looks like you took 5%....probably working as intended.

Wasnt a passive evade first of all... However should have registered as dexterity..... As far as ice armour u got hit with a special which could have been registered as a critical hit removing ice armour and negating the critical.. Better to avoid those....

Sorry I am new to this but when he evade how would you know it’s an passive evade or a dexterity? I just captured the image where I am hitting and I was under the impression that once the clod snap is on he can’t evade like that ... like only smoke and then he attack’s like normal way of hitting
