How many phc did it take to get your first 4 star?

I have opened like 500 phc till now but haven't received a single 4 star champ.So i'm curious to know about all your experiences.

Fyi it is my second account lvl35.

    They give 4*s?! LOL

    To be honest, I can't remember because that was years ago. Perhaps a month or two. I know I'm on a dry spell, and it's been months since my last. It's just RNG. The rates are low for 4* from PHC.
