5-Star Doctor Voodoo and Act 4 Chapter 4.

So I pulled I 5-Star Voodoo from my 3rd 5-Star crystal. I know he's good when duped, but is he still worth ranking up when he isn't awakened? Any tips on how to use him would be appreciated as well.

Also, what PI Rating should I have my champions at by the time I'm ready to take on Maestro at the end of Act 4? I've gotten through the first 3 chapters with mainly:

4-Star Medusa who is currently at 4/40.
4-Star Archangel who is currently at 4/40.
4-Star Awakened Ghost Rider who is currently at 4/30.

and depending on the nodes and characters (I usually scout before going in), 2 of

5-Star Civil Warrior who is currently at 1/25,
4-Star Yondu who is currently at 3/30,
or 4-Star Ultron is currently at 3/30

Voodoo is a god when awakened. Unawakened though he is still very useful. As far as Act 4 goes you should be ready to clear at least the middle path if you can clear Chapter 3 of Act 4. The middle path to Maestro is easy.
