Does True strike ignore Rhino armour?

I've looked but couldn't find anything, does true strike/ direct damage ignore rhinos armour? as it's not a buff I'm not sure.

Yeah true strike ignores all armour and resistances, doesn't have to be a buff. Direct damage is the same, for example vision deals direct damage based on how much power he burns with special attacks. Resistances and armour don't reduce this, the only factor that changes the damage would be the amount of power burned, more power burned, more damage dealt. 'True damage' special attacks work similarly to true strike only it happens on that special only. Such as ms marvels sp1 which also ignores all armour and resistances, again not restricted to buffs but will ignore passive resistance too. Hope that helps.
